Low blood sugar and jet lag can also act as triggers Eating a healthful diet can help prevent migraines including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. therefore we need to eat properly and regularly everyday. intense travelling is also very unhealthy can cause migraine pain. exertion can also trigger migraine so reduce reducing stress in your daily life Migraine pain has also found in children Nausea and stomach ache is a sign of migraine in children. getting enough sleep can cure it enough sleep means 6 to 8 hours every night is more important Good night sleep and healthy diet is first step to cure migraine. Fresh foods are less likely to have added food preservatives and add more water in your daily diet but just in case your migraine is not getting any better then consult your doctor . as a first aid yes, you can take a mild pain killers migraines find that over-the-counter painkillers, such as paracetamol, and ibuprofen, can help to reduce their symptoms. but avoid blood thinner pills (aspirin) but if one or two pain killers pills does’t work then you need to visit your doctor . and along with medicine you need to check your routine life for instance diet, sleep and an exertion. most common headache is tension headache Signs and symptoms of a tension headache include: Dull, aching head pain. Sensation of tightness or pressure across your forehead or on the sides and back of your head Tension headache is easy to treat if you know how get ride of your tension and relax.
