  1. I start to do these tips but then i think, do i really want to get out more and give myself oppertunity for negative experiences which i wouldn't be able to deal with? i'm struggling to find enough motivation to try and get better. please reply, thanks

  2. I have the same problem. Start small, like with the glass of water. If I'm hungry thirsty or tired I get really down. Make sure your body is healthy, and then start doing the mental stuff. Meditation yoga and calming music help. Then try reaching out. Take it one step at a time. Other people do love you. It doesn't have to be this way

  3. My apologies – you're right! The link must have broken when I moved to a new hosting company. I'll let you know when it's up again. Thanks for letting me know

  4. Hi Again, I just posted a new YT video you might enjoy. /watch?v=xiHSaFTu9TI.

Please let me know what you think!
    Omar.

  5. I think it is really cool that you made these video's. Just hearing this truly has helped!
Water is so important and I have been amazed at how much can lift if I only drink water.
Who would of thought! Thank you for making these video's!

  7. It's often the simple things that we forget to do Matthew. I start off every day with a glass of water. Makes a huge difference to the amount of energy I have all day.

  8. Thanks for your comment (and compliment) Tati. You're absolutely correct – in my experience, most people are dehydrated, which stress out the body, and allows toxins to remain in the body. This contributes to making you feel low, with no energy, foggy thinking etc. That added to our habitual negative thoughts and all the other external stresses just compounds it all. Drinking water is a simple act that helps balance your body. Of course, other things are necessary, but this is a start! 🙂

  9. Thanks for the compliment and comment Badbhex Hex. Oftentimes, going back to nature is the best place to start! if your body is made up of 70, 80 or 90% water (not coffee, not soda, not milk from another animal), it makes sens to give it more of the same.

  10. Thanks for your comment sihamH1000. No, you're not alone. You may consider seeing a naturopath on why you stand up. If you find that water on it's own is difficult, try putting a little bit of lemon or orange (or other fruit) juice in it for some flavour. I also like mint.

  11. Sorry I just saw this ALex. One thing that could help you is how you look at a situation. Start to look for a possible positive experience instead of thinking about a possible negative experience as the first option for something new, and then going down that spiral of negativity. When you think of a positive change, it gives you something to look forward to, rather than fear, and makes it more exciting, which can give you more energy !

  12. Great suggestions Heather. Take baby steps, and start with bringing your body in balance first. That's why water is so important!

  13. OMG I hate water too. I think it may be very unhealthy to feel this way. Maybe I will cut out all the other stuff until I get a taste for water. Just a thought.

  15. Many people are dehydrated and their body and organs are in shock, which causes them to feel stress and anxiety that you can get rid of because it's in your body, and then you feel depressed because you feel helpless. Drinking water to rejuvenate the body is just the first step…

  16. Hey! I literally have no energy at all. It makes me super frustrated. But I'm drinking a lot of water every day and also in the morning. i never forget it. I still don't have energy at all. Do you have any more suggestions on how to improve my energy levels when I have depression? And moving my body doesn't help either. Whenever I try to get up and force myself for a walk or something like that, I get even more exhausted because I have limited amounts of energy. Thanks for reading!

  17. Hello everyone I'm a noob to this and yes as with most of us I am going through depression and low energy situation, I hope my findings here will be of good help, thanks.

  18. For depression, take Natrium Mur 6C, as below. Don't exceed.
Dissolve 2 drops/5 pills in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup, stir a few times and drink. Do this twice everyday for sometime.

If you are getting suicide thoughts in depression, then above prescription will not suffice. Ignore it. Instead,

    Take Aurum metallicum 6C,
Dissolve 1drop/2 pills in 3 tablespoons water in a disposable cup, stir a few times and drink. Do this twice everyday for sometime

  19. Think is best to boil water night before, put in flask, and drink first thing in morning. Hot water better for detox.

  20. I drink lots of water and take vitamins, but neither has helped at all. I'm extremely tired. Extremely unmotivated. Eating is a chore. Cleaning is impossible. Diagnosed Depression and Anxiety — still searching for remedies.

I try to exercise. I try to meditate. I'm just so tired and motivated that I can't.
