Hi my name is Jessie. I will be facilitating the Depression Support
Group this semester. Individuals struggling with depression can
feel very isolated. Symptoms of depression can also impact motivation
and energy levels, making it difficult to complete day-to-day activities – and college
coursework even more difficult to complete. The Depression Support Group is for individuals
with depression looking for support, encouragement, and accountability as they take steps to reengage
with day-to-day activities that matter to them. I look forward to meeting you.
