I said quietly Welcome to the playlist eight tips for living with depression in this episode We are on tip 2 I would highly recommend you watch this playlist in order So if you haven’t seen the first video and tip one I would recommend you watching that before you watch this video. The second tip for living with depression is expressing Yourself many people around the world who suffer from depression Bottle their emotions up they keep how they’re feeling inside and they never let those feelings or emotions out and that is Bad the more you bottle your emotions and feelings up The worse you are going to feel and the more and more you are going to become depressed and one day Everything is going to explode one day There will be a breaking point and you will break down and have a mental breakdown Because you have kept everything inside and you don’t want to get to that point. So Charlie how Can I express myself? There’s many different ways You can express yourself many people like to just keep a diary of how they’re feeling each day They write down what they’re currently going through how they currently feel Honestly how they’re feeling and they do that each day Because they are taking their feelings from inside here or in here and they’re putting it down on a piece of paper So they can let go of what’s in here. And what’s in here That is a favorite by many many people who are depressed But there’s other creative ways You can express your feelings if you like painting or you’re an artist you can draw or paint images Based on how you are feeling If you are a musician and you like music, you can write music you can write songs You can write raps about how you are feeling These are all ways you can express yourself and help relieve yourself of these emotions and feelings in here and in here you could also Express yourself by creating a video log so videoing yourself Explaining to a camera how you are feeling and what you are currently going through. You don’t have to create a youtube channel You don’t have to put those videos on the internet. You can just keep the videos private for yourself You can do it on an iPhone or a Samsung or whatever phone you have. It’s just a way of expressing your emotions Somewhere else rather than bottling them up and keeping them inside. That is what I do Except I do it through authentic mental health my videos aren’t private my videos are public but this is a way that I Express my feelings and my emotions in a way I can get them off my chest and out of my head So tip 2 for living with depression is express your emotions and your feelings You will feel a lot better.     (There are many different way of expressing myself, it’s just depends on the situation, what kind of day I’m having and how I’m feeling, but sometimes it’s very hard for me to actually express myself and I can feel numb to all my emotions and expressions!)

  4. I got great help from the book written by Paulo Coelho called ' Warrior of Light' also the way my father fought his way out of problems in his life has been my aspiration. I keep saying to my self his blood is also in my vain. You need to believe you are a warrior and defeat is not an option.

  5. So I was wondering where do you get your information that you are telling us personal experience, school? Or are you a psychic? I'm just asking because you seem to know everything in my brain I've Never met you and my therapist doesn't even come close and I've been going to her for a few months now

  6. I’ve been holding all of my emotions in for days my feelings my thoughts everything I had a funeral today so that is why I didn’t comment sooner I’ve been upset about my grandma just it was to much for me I haven’t told anyone that though great video Charlie I love it

    I hope I can always express me because sometimes I'm so lazy to do something.

  9. I write it whole. Sometimes I paint. Sometimes I sing or listen to songs which match some of its content with my conditions.
