The tree rooted outside your house yesterday, or the last hour, or the last second is completely different to the one standing now. The entire universe drives away in a state of dynamic change. With everything changing around us, change is the only thing that never changes. The biggest truth revealed. With a changing world, your mind attempts to hold on to some moment to be static. You want everything to be static! The longer you keep a moment static, the greater your mind rejects the reality of change. Why does it change? That’s because Life is supposed to keep changing. You can not control that. What am I going to adapt to the change?” when we have this simple understanding, we become free from stress. You don’t have this wisdom.You don’t have an understanding. You have not understood nature. You worry about Your husband for not being the way You wanted him to be! Ladies, that is how they are by nature. Think of how you are going to act and adapt to it. When you have this understanding, you will not have stress. Don’t try to MANAGE stress – Complete stupidity. You cannot manage stress! Why do You want to manage stress? There will not be anything called stress. When one starts to live in the moment and thinks how he is going to respond to that moment, he will never have stress. There will not be any stress to manage. With a clear understanding of stress is, you will come to a mindset of solution seeking. You will never get stuck in life. You will never get stressed. Stress or pressure on the mind arises when you try to change something that can never be changed. Stressed people didn’t know that they had no control over the past and hopelessly try to do so. Only a fool tries to change something that can never be changed. A clever man will try to respond to it and not change it. When you get this understanding, you will not have stress. There is no need to manage it.
