Mr. Vaheem we all have anxiety, Somewhere or other but it is with everyone Suppose, if you are going to any Doctor and you are scared of injection and you are waiting out of the cabin of the Dr.and the moment cabin opens and Dr enters and you keep thinking on that he gonna give you injection. So, the condition or the position of yours will be that is called anxiety. Similarly, it is often seen that the newly brides , when they make food first time in the kitchen they had made the food in lot and when their mother-law comes to taste the food and after taste the kind of look she gave so that is also called anxiety. Or else if you are sitting in any examination and neither you exams gone bad nor good and result is about to come so what happens that time, that is called anxiety What happens in the anxiety-palpitations meas heart beat runs. Some people has got dried mouth or throat. those feel sleepless & some of them sweat a lot in anxiety. So, normally these are the symptoms of anxiety. See, what i feel now days it becomes a trend that if you feel anxiety , start taking tablets for this. feeling anxiety doing home remedy. Why ? What is the need to do this ?Firstly you try to treat yourself by your body only. if you are not able to treat your self physically, then you should take help of home remedy and if you are not even getting recover from home remedy, then you must take Ayurvedic Medicine. But what i am telling you , if you prepare your body only. then you can cure yourself form anxiety attack. What you have to do? Firstly is pranayam Pranayam which is called meditation is very necessary. If you do proper mediation 1/2 in morning & in evening. then you will notice that with this only you will be far away from anxiety. Depression will run away from your life like this way only.What you have to do firstly you have to do some exercise. close your eyes, relax without stress on your face. Completely relax and while smilling with close eyes, smiling face sit in the garden.and take deep breath in and breath out. and concentrate on your breath, listen to your breath and think while breathing out that you are getting breath of life. you are getting such air which makes your body calm. Must do Bhrastika Prayayam along with do Anulom-Vilom Pranayam. This also helps in to make your mind calm. So, do anulom -vilom pranayam . For doing Anulom-vilom pranaam. Close your nostril with this tumb take deep breath and then hold and after that by your finger close this nostril and breath out from another nostril then breath in from opposite side and breath out. so this way do Anulom-Vilom Pranayam for 10 minutes with this you will feel so much of relief in anxiety. the asana i am going to tell you , those who have BP they must not do this. rest of the people who suffers from anxiety attack, they should do Sarwangasana. With Sarwangasana the blood of the body goes toward your brain. and when the brain gets proper blood and oxyge. it get relaxed and it woks well. And once your brain will work better then you won’t have any attack of anxiety So, do such types of remedy, on physical grounds only you can be cured from anxiety. One pressure point i will tell you, take your left and make close all your finger like this when you will do like this , then where you have middle finger, that place, that point you have to press slowly -slowly with in the gap of 2-3 seconds of gap the way our heartbeat runs, similarly you press that point. do this for 2-3 minutes, you will feel relief in anxiety. if you ever had anxiety attach , then immediately this finger of yours and the tip of the finger you should press that. this is for who have anxiety and depression. 2-2 minutes in each hand and similarly if you do this in the fingers of your feet for pressing them for 2 minutes then you will not only feel in anxiety but also will relief in depression. So, these all are physical way with which you can cure from anxiety Now let’s talk about home remedy Do one thing take Nut meg it is easily available at everyone’s home then rub the nut meg by adding some milk and lick that almost 1/2 spoon of paste You can even add some honey in it, and you will notice that you will have proper nap with this if you will have proper nap then your mind will be relaxed.And if your mind will be relaxed then you won’t get attacked by anxiety. Apart from that one more remedy you can do, take 2 Walnuts, 1 Spoon of Flax seeds 1 Spoon of water Melon seeds & 1 Spoon of Musk Melon Seeds you have to put all these items into half glass of luke warm milk you can also add one Black Pepper and let is soaked for the overnight.Next morning put them all into the blender and get finely blend or like a smoothie or the kind of shake you may prepare of it now you have to add 1 pinch of saffron in it & put 1 spoon of honey in it once this get ready by mixing all the items, if possible then you can add 1/2 spoon of Satavari powder & 1/2 spoon of Bhrami Powder get these two items also added in and the milk which get prepared, you should consume this you will notice that you will completely relief in anxiety attack and depression. There are still so much of remedies. Since the episode has already become lengthy and people get confuse in this so some more remedies for anxiety which are very easy and you can do that i will tell you in the next episode.
