Still Depression-free: “I’ve smashed it!”

I don’t know if you remember me but last
year I came to see Anne because I was feeling suicidal but I don’t need to
talk about that anymore because I recently came back for my 3 month review and I’m feeling better than ever so I’m gonna talk about all the things that
I’ve done in that time. First of all I did my year 10 mocks and my
results were 7s, 8s and 9s which is really good for me and I’m very proud of
myself. On sports day I did 100 meters, the 100-meter race, which I would
never normally do because sport is not my thing but they didn’t have a runner
so I stepped up to do it and I came 5th out of 8 so that was really good,
and I’ve been meeting up the friends a lot more and asking them to meet up
instead of relying on them to arrange something for me… making new friends and I set up a exercise regime for me and my
family, it was my decision but I managed to talk my parents into doing it with me,
and we all lost a lot of weight so far so that’s been really good and just
having them doing it with me has been good as well and overall I just love my life and
I’ve smashed it
