This is called the healing yawn. Simply because
it helps nervous tension and helps to alleviate all migraine. All you have to do is to sit
comfortably. You could do it in your chair right in your office. And rest the ear lobe
and gently pull it down. Remember, do it only to your own ear lobe. And then do a mock yawn.
Do this a couple of times. Squeeze the ear lobe. Pull it down gently. And act out a yawn.
This healing yawn relieves the pressure on blood vessels and there by pacifies the migraine.
